Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To ensure a smooth return and full refund credit, items sent back to our distribution warehouses must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:
- The return process must be formally initiated within exactly 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Products must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
- All items must retain their original tags, protective seals, safety stickers, and must be packaged inside the original branded product boxes.
- Promotional bundles, gift cards, or clearance inventory sold under explicit 'Final Sale' tags are not eligible for standard returns.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Contact Support. Send an email to returns@example.com specifying your Order ID and the exact reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged in transit, change of mind).
Step 2: Generate Return Label. Once our support agents approve your request, we will email you a prepaid, printable shipping label along with return instructions.
Step 3: Pack and Ship. Securely pack the item, attach the printable return shipping label on the exterior of the box, and drop it off at any authorized local courier branch.
Step 4: Inspection and Refund. Once your returned package arrives at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 3 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be immediately processed back to your original payment method.
